Tuesday, February 10th, 2009, is the next meeting of the Pee Dee Area .NET User Group.
Justin James will be giving us an introduction to Parallel Extensions in the .NET Framework. As multi-core systems become more prevalent, it will become more important to take advantage of this hardware to realize a performance improvement in your code.  The Parallel Extensions framework for .NET will help to simplify how you write code that will run on multi-core architectures.
